I use the Route 1 app from lowclearances.com on my Nuvi. It's not free, and it's gotten a bit pricey, but it works for me.

we use a truckers atlas any truck stops  has them itโ€™s a complete map book that overs height and weight restrictions as a retired truck driver it was always a go to found even the best gps is some times wrong

Our son is a truck driver and he has been talking about Trucker Path.  He says it's pretty handy with his company ELD app.

It seems that a lot of folks are using RV Life.  It allows you to put in height, weight, etc. about your rig and has great planning features.  There is a free and pay version.  Once we get moving again, we will go with the pay version.  Oh yeah, lots of YouTube videos on it too!

My wife and I like using the RV Life trip planning tool. After entering your rig's height into the program, it monitors proposed routes to keep you aware of height restrictions.
