American Car Dolly

Anyone have experience with the American Car Dolly. I see it has a very high weight capacity
I have another brand now but I may be overloading it.

I just found out that American also makes an even wider model that will work better with my Pacifica. Bigger weight capacity weight wise (6500# but wider for easier loading so I ordered one.
The one he told me about is wider model than is shown on the website.

We've been getting the run around from American Tow Dolly.
We're in the same boat, 2018 Pacifica.
He was half way here delivering ours and turned around. Now saying delivery will not be until late September. Just curious if anyone else has had any "ordering" problems lately.
