anyone know what style springs shackle this is?

I am trying to do some off-season maintenance. I have 7K Dexter Axles and wanted to do wet bolts and maybe even a Mor/Ryde 4000 suspension upgrade. I took a picture of my current set up. What is this and can I upgrade?

bswan if your profile is up to date (2011 cameo) you have MORryde LRE suspension.
I just upgraded the Shackles a couple of days ago on a 2010 Cameo. I posted on another forum I visit with details/ pictues and a pdf. That suspension is already hd I don't think changing it to sre4000 would be an upgrade.Now the Morryde Independent Suspension System would be an upgrade.
