Fishing at Massasoit State Park, MA

Thinking of doing a early May fishing trip. Hows the Bass or trout fishing? Need a electric site as a minimum.

Any other suggestions on any other MA state parks (or private maybe) around the same time frame that offer good fishing with electric sites.

Edit: you would think this place has a dump station, no mention on reserve america and CGR, except 1 old review before the campground was re-opened last year after renovations.

Thanks for your replies

Not sure about fishing in Massasoit, as I haven't been in there for years, but do be aware that any and all fishing in MASS (fresh or salt water) requires a license....

Unless you need A/C, an adequate solar system would give you many more options regarding campgrounds with good fishing nearby.
