Water flow troubles

Pulled into campground for the first time this year. Hooked up to city water and nothing but a trickle of water inside coach. Only toilet flush works. Tried filling water tank and pump will not pump water either. Would appreciate any troubleshooting ideas.

make sure thr hot/cold valves are off if you have any sinks/showers outside.
my water valves have a tank fill posistion that will disable water pressure inside.
