TC external battery

Picture says more than words. but here is words:
bolts go through to inside behind the electrical panel. This is side of the TC that is inside the truckbed, under the rails. Front right.
I used fender washers and neoprene gaskets on both sides.
Stainless steel bolts and nuts - I couldn't find big brass ones.
Yes, these are live all the time, so need a sort of cover.
I will have a heavy cable to attach, and must do before lowering camper.
And a disconnect incase I pull away and forget.
I do have an exit sign battery in the battery compartment just for lights when unhooked
and for the solar panels safety. This saves weight too.

Tape is where I made hole too low. oops
8 nuts total. Two each to hold bolt to wall, and another on each end to hold wire.

The TC node locations are just behind the batteries, so no chance of wires getting squashed either.

The battery "strap" is just a thin sheet of aluminum I bent.

I have Torklift mounts coming, so don't make fun of my bed rail mounts…

I'm still cornfused why one would move their camper batteries to the back seat of the truck.....
Too many rvnet center of gravity threads or some more realistic reason?

I'd like to see the pics of this. I have only room for one battery and thought about putting a second in the space ahead of the wheel well. Maybe house battery in a boat battery box.

I can not see the image. Looks like it's a link to another forum called hilowtrailer. As I am not a member of that, probably why I am not viewing it.
