Replace old carrier with coleman 8333a876???

I have a 2003 keystone outback. THe ac went out (something about blinking lights on the board). I know they aren't made anymore and no parts avaiable. I have a chance to put a coleman maxxair 8333a876 in. I know I need ducted and that my old unit had a remote control. The remote controlled both ac and my furnace (floor vents, separate unit). I know I can wire a thermostat for the furnace, but how do I handle the AC and do I need a new inside control? Is there a better option? I am selling this trailer in April due to a cross country move, so I don't care to spend a fortune. I just want a working unit in there without a huge hassle.

I'm in Arizona. I think it needs a new board and a blower motor as well. This is the carrier Air V model
