Looking for a good used TT

Looked at a 2003 Jayco kiwi 22u but too much wood and known for leaky roofs.
Would like a leak proof roof and composite made and aluminum made for under $10k.

What are some good brands on a budget?

Personally, I like the first one. The second has a lot of personalization that I do not care for. Offer $5500 for the first one and see what the response is.

it is all about the owner
the best trailers are from the original owner
the best plan is to see how the original owner keeps his other rolling stock
there are deals out there
but thatrequires diligent shopping of the ads
it also means that you have to go look immediately after the ad is first posted
the older trailers that have been stored under cover that are fairly priced sell right away to the first person who gets there
also, the trailer is often loaded with all of the necessities such as hoses , repair kits , wheel chocks , etc . because the owner is having to quit because of health issues , etc .
be an early bird shopper .
