Front Windshield of Trailer Crack

I'm new to owning a travel trailer and recently purchased a very comfortable 2018 Rockwood Signature Ultra Lite (36') 8335BS that has a front kitchen and auto-quality windshield. After some recent use we noted a crack on the inside glass only (about 6" now see photos) and wondered what are likely causes.

We did bump up on a curb so we tend to think this is the source of the problem but what to be sure this is not stress from NOT being totally level at a campsite or something that may happen again from road vibrations. Any tips on whether a quick seal of the crack is sufficient for repair versus a more costly replacement will also be appreciated.

Thanks for whatever advice you may provide, Obedon.

Welcome to the forums! You cannot simply upload pictures from your computer to the forums.

If you will follow these directions exactly, it is very easy to post pictures on our forums. One of our moderators, 1492, developed this photo posting app to post your pictures. It works for other internet sites also. There is no need to have a separate hosting site for your pictures in order to use it.

It is very simple to use.
1. Upload your picture from your computer to the app.
2. Copy the resulting URL.
3. Paste that URL into your post

without ANY changes

. No additions or deletions.

Your picture will then appear in your post and be properly sized for use on our forums.:)
