I have a chevy 3500, 4 door, short box. I have a 4213 Jayco Seismic Coming in. Was wondering if there is a need for airbags. I would like to have it squared away before it gets here.

I am looking at the Firestone line. The heavy duty setup.

I just purchased a new '17 F350 SRW and tow a Seismic 355W, and truck sags about 3". Towed ok, but I dont like the sag and got some porpoising on some bumps. I am installing air bags this weekend.

Nevermind you said short box. Yeah I would definately add something along the lines of airbags or Timbrens(I like mine). Also consider upgrading the shocks.

Sig line says dually!!!!

I have a 3500 dually long bed and a payload approaching 5000 pounds. My scaled weight on the hitch is 3500 pounds. I don't need airbags.

Look at Torklifts Stableloads. Added them to our 08 GMC Duramax DRW and made a big difference. Reduced squat and made driving over bridge abutments much smoother.

Yea I missed the short box part, just assumed it was another dually based on your sig. I'd still pull it a few trips before installing the bags though. I installed them on my last 2015 2500 prior to buying the Talon and realized I didn't need them. You can always add them later.

Dually or SRW? While it may do fine without I can tell you it will tow BETTER with.

I've got a buddy with the same truck pulling a 2018 Cyclone 4115. He says it rides great bone stock. I'd say he's around 4K on the pin.

My Talon, at about 3200 on the pin doesn't quite sit my Ram on the overloads. My guess is that you'll be fine.

Congrats on the Seismic, very nice TH !!
