Any one know how to get the electric heater out of a domestic fridge? It seems as if it's corroded so bad it won't move.

I replaced mine last summer. It also was in very tight but I did manage to get it out by rotating it. I had a problem getting the new one in... I used a bit of oil wiped around it and rotated it into place until it seated properly. You might want to try a bit of penetrating oil on it and let it sit for a while or for a day or so.

They used to weld 2 holders to the boiler tube, second one being for 12 volt element. If the current element is welded in place, just leave it and install new heater in spare holder, which will be right beside, but a bit lower.
