Emergency flashers

Just had my car set up for flat towing. Right afterwards the emergency 4 way flashers quit working on my motor home. Would that be the 4 extra car lights that are flashing put to much of a load on the flasher ? Before I replace it is there something needed to prevent that?
Thanks

Yes, the diodes are part of the wiring system for the toad tail lights.
If you see the front turn signals on the toad flashing, they were installed incorrectly. This should not be your problem.

25 amp electronic flashers are what’s there now. The diode kit? Isn’t that something that would of been part of the in$tallation of the wiring and baseplate?

Good chance flasher is over loaded.
I would suggest replacing both flashers with an electronic type. The by-metal flashers open and close based on current through it.

Make sure the flasher is heavy duty rated that flashes independent of the load.

Forgot to mention I swapped out the emergency flasher for the turn signal flasher and it works. I haven’t tried to hook up the tow vehicle to see if it blows again though.
