I have heard that a minimum amount of air is required. My Winn has Firestone air bags and the manual says a min of 20 psi.

One of the nice features of Winnebago products is the online support. Model and year specific Manuals, electrical schematics, parts, and even the original sales brochures are just an Internet click away!

Experiment to see what works well. Maybe start around 40 psi. Assuming they're ride-rite air helper springs, the range of permissible pressures is something like 5 psi to 90 psi, a quite broad range. Too much air and it will ride like a rock; too little and it wallows around and maybe sags a bit. A good bit is personal preference.
