Need info on Tiffin 31br

So any owners of the 31br out there.
We saw one last winter at Dixie RV and am now interested but need more info.
1. Is the kitchen accessible with the slide ins in?
2. How about the bathroom?
3. Is the little cummins big enough? I tow a 4000 lb. jeep wrangler.

Would specially appreciate comments from br31 Owners
