Nitro fill tires on fifth wheel

Just purchased a new Grand Design Reflection that has nitro filled tires. We didn't have nitro in our previous FW so we're wondering if anyone has had experience using nitro in theirs. Does the pressure stay consistent enough that you don't have to add air? We're wondering about accessibility to nitro. Our vehicle has nitro and the tire pressure stays very consistent which is making our tires wear very well but the dealer also checks the psi when we have it serviced so accessibility to nitro is not a problem there. We're just wondering how difficult it's going to be to maintain nitro only in our FW tires.

I forgot to mention that when we got home we found out all of our tires have a cold pressure of only 67psi and the tire manufacturer calls for 80psi so we need to add nitro to all four tires. In fact one of them is down now to 34psi because of a leaky tire pressure sensor we put on after we got home.
