Out with the old. In with the new! A real fun project. We had a local upholstery shop redo the dinette cushions. We did all the work on the carpet and bench seat recovering. A learning experience for sure.
I took my dinette out and installed a really long couch in the slide. It can seat 4 people. We then built a larger removable table that goes between the front chairs. It sits on a post (on the doghouse) and latches to the dash for support. We take it down while traveling. It's twice the SF of the old dinette. I personally need a large table to spread out all my melds when playing cards with my wife. Her side could be smaller though ๐
Thanks for sharing. Your dinette came out great. We have an older RV with the same style that we will be redoing so I was very interested in what it took to redo it.
