Carpet and Tile Replaced In RV Suggestions Please

What options are available in Puerto Penasco Mexico for changing out the carpet and tile in my RV? And or is there an RV park in Yuma that workers will come to the park and do this work without going into Mexico. Other option anyone good in Phoenix areas that does this work and would not charge an arm and leg. If you know of anyone please leave me their name and numbers.
