"The Western Area Rally held in January has been cancelled. The Feds are still using the Indio Fairgrounds and will not be releasing it until December 31st at the earliest. We were really disappointed but had no choice.

While this might be the first cancellation of 2021, it's likely not the last. It's possible that all or nearly all of 2021 will be lost.

I'm gonna miss it too. There is a nice guy that comes by and hands out bags of grapefruit.

I live in Indio and always liked driving by the fairgrounds when that event was going on.
