Too hot for me! Beats the 4 feet of snow Montana got on 9/30. Records on both ends of the spectrum.


I may not have gone where I intended to go, but I think I have ended up where I needed to be Douglas Adams

RV-less for now but our spirits are still on the open road.

Just remember, that is local WEATHER, not global climate!
Just like the three to four feet of snow in Browning and East Glacier, Montana last weekend.

Correct. Weather is what it's doing outside now (hot today, much more pleasant this weekend). Climate is the average weather for a location. Climate Change is the change in the average for that location over time (e.g. the average October daytime high temperature in Columbus IN for the past decade is 3 degrees higher than it was 50 years ago).

Places in East TN are looking to hit 97 today. Heat is supposed to break tomorrow, all the way down to 88. By monday a high of 66.

Funny how it's in the 90's in New Jersey and 200 miles north in central NY it's 48*. I'll take the 48*!

Here near Kingman Az it has been in mid forties to mid fifties at night and mid to upper seventies and ito low eighties during the day....but it is a dry cool! [emoticon]
