Also looking at possibly buying a Kodiak 299bshl bunkhouse. Can any owners give me input please. Positive, negative, anything else that might give me insight on Kodiak's would greatly be appreciated. So, it looks like it's between the Kodiak 299bhsl and bullet 308 bunkhouse. Just need peoples/owners in depth knowledge to possibly make a tilt one way or another. Greatly appreciated. Thank you.

There is a forum for Dutchmen owners. Kodiak is made by Dutchmen, you’ll probably get more info there. I get a news letter every couple of weeks. Lots of 5th wheel owners but also TT owners on there. Do a google search for it.

no one else has any info on Kodiak's? I ask cause I haven't seen a lot of information on them. Other models and makes I've seen enough on both sides of the plate? Makes me nervous before buying when I haven't seen a good amount of info on either side of good or bad or just general stories.

I have a Kodak 279rbsl. Bought it new in 2014 and it has served us well. Have had a few minor issues that I fixed myself like some decorative trim that wasn’t glued on. A little wood glue and problem solved. Had cable loosen up on kitchen slide, tightened the cable and that problem was solved. Did have to replace the Advent air conditioner after 15 months but that was a Advent issue, replaced it with Dometic a/c and no more problems. All in all, we are very happy with our Kodiak.
