Repair of small Fiber glass crack?

Just discovered a small crack in the outer fiber glass of our 14 year old coach. Its about 4" long, hairline crack beginning at the bottom corner of the bedroom slide. Less than a millimeter wide.

I'm thinking of repairing it by drilling a 1/8"hole at the end and needle in a thin cyanoacrylate in the crack. Any better ideas?

I had a similar crack in the side of my TT. I would guess from rocks thrown up by the mower guy. I drilled the holes, used marine goop to seal it and stuck a marine access port over the fix to mask it.

The hole will stop the crack from propagating BUT be sure the hole is beyond the crack, into good material, or it won't be effective.

I'd be finding out the cause of the crack first. Glass don't crack for no reason. Sounds to me like you have a structural issue with the slide or the support frame.

Fixing it is only a temporary cure. It will crack again unless the underlying issue is corrected,
