You know Ron, I think next spring when you get back I will have you over to the house. That way we can have much more time to Yak. How does that sound? Hobo

Tom and I are still around, more or less. We kind of got into the Burning Man scene because his company was contracted to perform real-time data collecting and processing for traffic and traveler information for the event. It's a year-round thing for him and his company although we only go to a Burning Man event (the big burn in NV and a regional burn here in WA) twice a year. It's....hmm... "interesting" would be about the best way to describe what goes on. Sometimes I like to sit outside our trailer and just watch the freak show so I can point and laugh a little.

Let's see, other than that, we still have the same trailer we've always had although it's time to replace it. I still have sheep although I've changed breeds to one less labor-intensive as my fibromyalgia has begun really ramping up. We have six ewes pregnant, two of which will lamb pretty much any day now. My mom died this past June. It's okay though. She was utterly miserable so it was truly a blessing for her. My inheritance was her cats. My cat was less than pleased but he has come to adore the female cat. He's utterly fascinated by her. She's apparently bewitching because she slaps him around.

I've gotten into theater costuming for local community stock theater as well as school theater, too. It takes a good chunk of my time in the spring as so many school shows open at the end of the school year. We still do medieval re-creation although less than before.

I agree with blt2ski...we need to do another Port Townsend gathering sometime. Finding leaders/coordinators is the hard part.
