This service has gone down hill so bad, it will be my last year to renew
I had need to use the service yesterday
Three hours and 4 agents later, all with a request for the same info ,as well being put on hold up to 10+/-mins after each question, first agent just past me off to another, more time put on hold, then another agent, more time on hold the last agent ,said he could not help ,I SHOULD go find my own tow company and send GOOD SAM the bill
When ASKED my location, she asked is that close to Seattle WA. "YES if you think 200 miles AWAY is close"
Sorry Marcos some things have to change
I did find my own tow company, and was move to a local RV repair shop
THANKS FOR NOTHING

I had this happen to me in Sept this year broke down on I70 in Co could only get off the road in the emergency lane, called "AAA" (which I have or did have RV Plus) for a tow truck, which never showed up, 2 hours after I broke down I was able to get off I70, 6 hours after I called for help "AAA" (which I have now canceled) called me to ask "Do you still need a tow truck"

I was in Ohio in the fall and ran the toad over the front of the dolly. Called Coach Net and was informed that it was not covered as it was an "accident". I was in a Wal Mart parking lot and flagged a man down and we got it back on. I am 81 and not as spry as I used to be. Guess I should have said it was a flat tire.

Where were you that they couldn't find your location?
Just curious.
It is probably always going to be hard to find support over the Christmas, Boxing Day dates, and some other major holiday dates.
Lucky you found your own tow/solution.

Mike. Comments are anecdotal or personal opinions, and worth what you paid for them.
