need tires for my ram pick up truck 2012, LT265/60R20, haven't bought tires for many years and didn't realize how many different brands are out there and how expensive they are now.
Any suggestions as to a brand that is decent out there? just looking for a all terrain tire with NO off road driving. mostly highway and city streets.... thanks

I'm going to move your post from Tech Issues to the Tow Vehicles forum where I think you'll get more responses to your question.

From being on this site for a long time I will tell you the answer will be largely "Michelin." They like their expensive rubber.
Here's how I go tire shopping. I look at the range of what's out there in my size. I pick a price range that I feel comfortable with and narrow down the choices to that price range. My final choice then is roughly equally influenced by reviews, and what I think looks good. Sometimes the manager at the tire store I use has some recommendations as well.
On my latest daily driver I went back with the OEM tires twice before I was told that due to shortages they were not available. The manager recommended another brand in the same price range, showed them to me. They had similar tread to the OEM tires, so I said OK. I have not regretted my decision so far.

I also have a 2012 Ram with 20 inch rims. I put Cooper tires on mine and love them.

I've been disappointed the few times I strayed from Michelin.

Cooper HT or AT3
Like my French built sailboat. Not the tires. The XDE M+S I like in a 225-70-19.5 LR G.

I went with Cooper Discovers 18" on our new to us 18 RAM. After a lot of investigation the Discovers are designed for a tow vehicle with the tread wrapped around the sides to provide extra stability.
Originally I was looking at Michelins but they are getting terrible reviews lately. Tread separation around 20000 miles and so on.
I haven't seen a bad review of the Coopers. YMMV

Just curious why you want an all terrain tire if you don't intend to go in the dirt? A straight hiway tire will be quieter and give you a smoother ride. And do better on ice.
I generally buy the cheapest. Works for me for over 50 years. But I do things differently with the bike.
