Looking to see if anyone has updated contact info for GM / President of Cedar Creek. The contact I had is a now a generic voicemail.

The random purchaser phone calls should tell them something about maybe getting things right the first go around. Phone calls would stop. But it seems that not getting it right the first time is the norm. Stop practicing and get it right!

I am sure that Forest River brand division bigwigs look forward to getting phone calls from random RV purchasers every day. Perhaps the OP should go over his head and just call his boss, ole Pete Liegl himself. Maybe offer to take him to breakfast or out for a round of golf. Better yet go over Pete's head and call Warren Buffet.
