I hope your sleep improves. I also had problems with sleep from last year. Because of this I couldn’t work, rest or do sport normally. "It would cause more problems than it cures" I tried sleeping face down (on my stomach) in a hammock. Too uncomfortable. Emergency sleeping in a recliner wasn't as productive as sleeping on my side. At first I used a bolster behind me to keep me from rolling back.
