Mine is a Forest River Wildwood 27RKSS - although I know RKSS stands for Rear Kitchen Single Slide, I do not know what yours means.
The water heater control board in mine went out. That was a common problem. Perhaps you could ask about that. There were other issues that you just have to learn as you go. The thermostat needed to be set to D3. "D" for dofferential. When at "D1" the AC and heater would try to come on at the same time. I had terrible sound system static initially only to find out there were metal shavings bouncing around on the speaker cones. Mostly just sloppy workmanship, but I'd do it all over again if asked.
