Does anyone know who sells 72" cargo carriers that mount on the hitch on the back of RV's? Doing a Google search, the biggest I can find is 60".

I don't have a bumper on my RV. That's why I will be using a hitch clamp and keeping the weight down. My receiver is only rated for 300 lbs. so with the weight of the cargo carrier, that leaves me with 150-200 lbs. max availability.

When I had my Class C, I had a carrier on the back pumper. I used ratchet straps from the end of the basket to the bumper on the C to eliminate wobble.
I had a truck tool box mounted on the carrier that blocked my tail lights so I added some crazy bright LED tail lights to the carrier.

I routinely carry 275 - 350 pound aircraft engines on my custom made hitch carrier. I hardly even know itโ€™s there.

I fabricated my own carrier and welded two 2" square tubing underneath about 48" apart then used square U-bolts to clamp them on the TT 4" bumper. No side to side wobble.

I'd think you'll get a LOT of side to side wobble on such a wide carrier...... be prepared for that.

I plan on using a hitch clamp which should eliminate that wobble.

I won't have more than 150-200 lbs on the carrier.

eTrailer has one but IIRC it's a sort of DIY thing, frame only, you build the basket.

I'm ok with the weight limit. I just want the extra width.

Maybe build a table top for a 60"? Even if you found a 72", it would likely still max at 500 lbs.
