Thanks for those links - I think the moral of this story is that *if* we go to FL, and *if* one of us gets sick - we drive like mad back to Michigan.

Where do you drive like mad to, if you live in FL?

Lots of nice stuff in FLA. I usually go every year and was even thinking about getting a retirement residence there. But I don't think I'm ever going back. Not only because it is a Covid hot spot, but there seeems to be a lot of craziness there from the state government and the way I see a lot of folks behaving down there.

Good, stay away ^^^ as most of the hot spots in Fla are because of people from the NE going to SE Fla.
“a lot of craziness there from the state government“...like putting infected people back into nursing homes???

This post is my opinion (free advice). It is not intended to influence anyone's judgment nor do I advocate anyone do what I propose.

Michigan? ;-) I should have elaborated a bit more - my thinking was that if we get sick in FL - we don't have a regular Dr or hospital affiliation there; and given the lack of clear triage rules, we probably are safer back home.
