I am investing in pricey Michelin tires. Looking for wheel covers for our Tiffin bus.
I saw some that had mesh that allowed air to flow through. Anyone have these or know of them?

Plenty of air flow in my neck of the woods without any mesh.

Most wheel covers look nice. That's all.
You might cut some thin plywood to the size of the tire .. Trim the edge so it does not tear up the wheel cover. and put that behind the cover.
WHY do they "look nice" but that's about all. UV light is what damages the tire and it goes straight through the cover like it was not even thre in all too many cases.
I thin they do make some that claim to block UV but I've never seen
Tries. Best way to protect 'em.. Well DRIVE from time to time Worst thing for tires is Parked.
Home is where I park it.

Our wheel covers are like heavy soft vinyl ( don't know what it is) and has layer of woven padding on the inside. Ours happen to be off-white and are pretty heavy duty. We have had them about 8 yrs, but don't remember where we bought them. Maybe online. My understanding is that they block UV rays and also ****** some of the heat that would otherwise build up on the black rubber tire. They are not hot to the touch even when sitting in full sun if you touch them, and neither are the tires underneath.
