First, you need a "Y" connector for the black dump to work correctly. :B
You should have three disconnects. One is a rocker switch just inside the entry door. This turns off most, but not all the 12VDC in the coach. The house battery shut off is in the compartment with your 6VDC batteries. (last compartment on passenger side) The engine batteries shut off is in the engine compartment also on the passenger side....
As for the dump valves, you'll have to be more specific as to what you're needs are. If you want to know where they are, they're on the drivers side midships. You most likely will have a macerator which is activated by a switch in that compartment...if the valve is broken, you can find a replacement at Camping World, Amazon or most any RV parts store. It is a Valterra valve. Easy to replace.... more info from you will garner more info from the fine folks on this forum....Dennis
