weep holes in cherokee 2019 304r

Have condensation on inside windows of rv. Running dehumidifier.Does the weep holes drain to the outside? New to rving and can't locate inside holes on stationary windows to see if plugged or need cleaning. Some on outside have water running out and others do not.

Contacted Forest River about missing weep hole on inside windows. They just found out the window builders forgot to put them in the inside frame. They have to replace 6 windows.

On the windows I have experience with, the paper clip idea won't work. On those, the outside weep hole was in a differnt location than the inside one. They both led into the same cavity, but it would be impossible toget a paperclip, into one and out the other.

No idea if all windows are like this.
