how long should we stay on Float charging before change. ??

We are now about 3 months of no change.

13.3 Volts steady

Should I disconnect for a while, and allow the batteries to disconnect for a while.

Some "tenders" turn off and on but most just drop down to the float level, which is what yours has done, and stay there more or less forever.

There is some evidence that cycling helps batteries last longer. I'd suggest that one day per week you run from the battery bank.

Will not hurt to run overnight on battery power once every 30 to 90 days.
IMO a few cycles now and then is fine and proves what is working.

13.2~13.3 is good forever. You can forget about it!
I will check my water levels in the spring and very little, if any, will be needed.

Float charge at that voltage should be fine......but if a wet cell just check the water level occasionally.
