Use a different photo sharing service. Photobucket wants $$. Google photos works fine.

I do a lot of metal work.
Those pins are usually undersize buy just a little. I would drill the 5/8 and give it a try. In AZ rust won't be an issue, so go tight and it will rattle less.

Drill a 1/4" pilot hole then 5/8". Then try the hitch pin. It will probably go in just fine since drill bits do not drill perfectly round or perfectly sized holes. If it does not go in or it seems too tight for you, then use a slightly larger size drill bit. For a really precise hole you use a reamer after drilling an under sized hole but for your purpose you don't need to go there.
