More power & more power to the ground (less nanny) better economy plus turbo brake, cleaner oil, less codes. Maybe you already have them just sharing. You probably have 2 or 3 years of warranty left and it will be year from when the 2020s hit the steer before well at least before GDE has a tune fully tested & ready for it.
