We just replaced our 1995 Sidekick due to blown engine, replaced with 2006 Grand Vitara. Has anyone installed a Ready Brake system in a say 2006 Grand Vitara?

How do you feel it works?

How hard to do and do you need two people?

Depends on your skill level. Are you a DIY guy. I installed in my 08 Wrangler with no issues. Biggest was drilling hole through firewall.

I eventually drilled through my brake pedal and installed a stud so i could mount the cable to it and remove the cable so it didn't slide in and out when not being a toad.

Easy to maintain and works real well.

2019 JL Wrangler in garage, that will be next.

I installed the system in a 2006 jeep liberty. Iknow its not the car you are considering but the process will be similar. Took two of us approx. 8 hours, this includes numerous coffee breaks. Instructions were very clear and we had no problems. saved me over $800 if I had gone to rv center. installed over 5yrs ago and no problems. Love it.
