Opening behind mirror base 02 Winnebago Sightseer?

I discovered a little delam under my drivers side mirror. I removed the mild steel screws and replaced them all with stainless steel and a generous dollop of 3M4200. The delam appeared to get a little worse. I was wondering whether there is another opening behind the mirror base. If so I will have to either seal AROUND the mirror base or remove the mirror and seal the other opening.
