Air conditioning

Is there a way of quieting down an air conditioner? My is very noisy. It’s a Coleman.

We bought one of these for our 15,000 btu Dometic. Not cheap but it lowered the noise by almost 3 dB

Do you have a model no? If it is a fairly high a/c ie not one of those low profile, there could be excessive vibration coming from the compressor. If son you could change the rubber grommets that are on the compressor mounts. That could make a huge difference

No, I wish there were.
The only thing you can do is balance the fan if it's shaking and causing a vibration or drone. I did that to both of mine and it made things less annoying.
