Mesa AZ, Valle Del Oro or Monte Vista RV Resort?

Has anyone been to either of these parks and can comment? Are they both decent clean parks? Looking to stay at one for a few nights in Dec. as we have family that lives only about a mile or so away.

Both are your typical Arizona older adult RV/mobile home/park model snowbird community. With the decline of the stagnate senior RV parks in that area, many including those two, have be actively converting from RV park to fixed manufacture and park models. They still must maintain a certain number of vacant rentable spots, but for the most part, it's single wides and park models. Now, they are not trailer parks by any means and for the active senior crowd, these are really nice places with all the traditional amenities and activities. They are what you would expect for a snowbird communities in East Mesa and AJ.
