Hello all. I am new to this forum and am hoping maybe someone here has some information I can use. I am set to acquire a new, well not new but new to me, camper. It is a 26' Venus made by Solar Manufacturing Co out of Benton Harbor, MI back in the mid to late 60s. This camper was my great grand parents, and my grand parents. It looks a lot like an Avion with the satin aluminum finish. I'm just wondering if anyone has heard of this company before? Many people that I have talked to, including a couple vintage camper restorers, have never heard of it. One swore up and down that it was in fact an Avion. Maybe I'm just missing it, but I can't seem to find the function to post pictures....
