Windshield leak

Front windshield recently started leaking. I’ve checked clearance lights, front cap seal and coax cable connector and it is the glass seal. Can I pull the rubber gasket off, reseal and reinstall gasket? Any thought on a fix?

Thanks in advance

Several years ago I had the windshields reset on our 96 Southwind. They removed both windshields, cleaned the gaskets and reinstalled the glass using the original windshield gaskets.
They told me the factory did not use enough sealant when the rig was built.
I still have the Southwind and have had no leaks or windshield problems.

It was not a project I would have attempted myself, 3 glass techs worked on the project.
The auto glass shop charged $300 for the work.
Maybe your unit has a different type gasket and will not have to remove the glass?
