I do not see any abnormality on the cooling hoses anywhere and they feel good. But I intend on replacing them soon (before next trip). Curious should I look at doing the water pump and clutch fan as well? No issues with either currently and the RV now has 56,1XX miles (US).

I purchased the RV (94 Fleetwood Southwind Storm 28ft P30) in Sept 2014 and it was just shy of 45,XXX miles. Now at 56,1XX

This year my plan is to do the rubber hoses Upper/lower, heater hoses, by-pass hose and possibly water pump, clutch fan and cooling senors. You think it's worth changing those items? (water pump, clutch fan and cooling senors)

I see in Rockauto (2) AC Dleco water pumps but do not know the difference between the two.

With the water pump, you may want to see if the original pump is still available. There are a lot of pumps listed that will fit your engine but they are light duty and have a smaller shaft and bearings. This lighter pump will work and fit on the engine, but the heavy duty fan clutch, and fiberglass fan, will soon take a toll on the water pump bearings.
For my 8.1L GM engine I could get water pumps that cost from $75 to $350. I got one of the few remaining Workhorse water pumps and it is much heavier than the other available water pumps. If yours isn't leaking, I'd keep it as long as possible.

udidwht,
No one that I know of has a magic crystal ball. No one can tell when something, especially auto engine/drivetrain related, is going to give up the ghost and leave you stranded. There are items, wearable items, that are pretty much a given. Things like v-belts and serpentine belts. Those run through such a thrashing and actually take quite a beating before they self destruct. Radiator hoses, well, that's one that is really tough to make a decision on.

Some will give an indication that they're not in the best of health. Others, like the ones on our CAT C-7 equipped '04 Itasca Horizon 36GD, looked pretty much like brand new, at 82,000 miles when I just recently decided to replace them. No weakness, no soft spots, no indication of pre-failure what so ever. It cost me around $315.00 for all the coolant hoses on our rig and, the two thermostats (CAT calls them "Regulators).

I feel I could have easily went to 100K miles with all those hoses. But, what the heck, better to be safe than sorry, even when it does cost that much as preventative maintenance just for coolant hoses.

But, anyway, these rolling Kleenex boxes do need some attention every now and then so, ya gotta do what ya gotta do.

As for coolant. It uses Prestone (Green) but is there a preference of full strength vs 50/50 mix?

Hoses were replaced. Do not have the dreaded auto park system thank God.

Brake work complete already (08-2016).

Replaced front rotors (Raybestos), pads (Centric ceramic), master cylinder (Raybestos). Removed the drums on the rears and clean everything up real well. Linings were still ~95%. Re-packed front & rear bearings as well. System filled flushed and filled with new fluid as well.

Your engine fuel hoses are designed for E10. If ya can't find the problem, blame E10. I've been using Oreilly thermal fan clutches on my customers and my MH for years with out a problem. There is a Oreilly fan clutch on my 528 stroker MH engine, and it cools properly. Aftermarket fan clutches got a bad rap when DIYs purchased non-thermal clutches to replace their OEM thermal fan clutch.

With hoses I believe in preventitave maintenance

With water pumps I'm a firm believer in replacing that which is broke, but if it's not broke don't fix it.

The generator one I did just about 6mos ago. Used Gates Barricade hose. I'll need to check the other. May need to wait for the tank level to drop it's full now.

Far better to keep up with maint. and since I do so, I have never been stranded.

How about for a water pump and clutch fan with less than 60k on them and no issues?
