We have done Thanksgiving in the RV for the last 15 years. We always do a turkey in a large electric roasting pan, green bean casserole in a crockpot, twice-baked potatoes done in the oven, deviled eggs, dressing (stuffing), and gravy. For the last 3 years, a group of us have prepared dinner and we always have more than we can eat and invite whomever is in the campground and doesn't have a meal planned. We have fed anywhere from 12 to 32 of us, with plenty of food left for the next day.

This year, we will also do Easter, but we haven't planned our menu yet, but it will look similar to yours.

Now, if you change your mind and do a Turducken, I'll be right over!

I'm trying to convince my wife to do this, this year!
