I hooked up to 30 amp shore power, all the lights in the camper went dim and then dimmer. Also the heater would not heat, everything else, plugs and heater/ ac worked fine. Not sure what the problem is.

There should be 1 or 2 30 AMP auto fuses in the 12 volt fuse panel I would check those first, and when mine were bad they tested okay but for some reason didn't work right when there was a 12 volt load on them after I replaced them everything was fine

Did the lights go completely out? You said heater would not heat but then said heater/ac worked fine?

Fuse or breaker connecting your 12v converter either to the batteries, or to the 120 volt supply.

All of these things you mention are 12v powered. Look into you power convertor, battery switch and batteries.

If you have an inverter, turn it off.

Did you check the park 30 amp power supply? Polarity? Voltage? Prior to plugging in?
Is this a new TC? Has all this stuff worked somewhere else? In your driveway? Other parks?
