I'll keep looking for a while still, But plan to focus on the most room & storage as much as possible while trying to sell off my stuff to create room & gather money for a down payment.

This one looks so nice!

Well after looking for about a year, we finally picked a model & we bring her hone on Thursday!

The end result of all my research & time visiting various RV dealers is the Pioneer RL250, by Heartland.

Blanco, you're in Los Angeles - the Lance Factory is in Lancaster, CA - I'd suggest you take a tour (free and on Wednesday's) to see how and why Lance is a superior product.

Not a Forest River fan, but it seems like a lot more trailer than the Camping World model. It appears that the necktie closets are much the same. The sharp corners on the dinette are nasty.

You might say Iโ€™m never happy, but you need to be very careful dealing with Camping World or buying Forest River products. Personally, I would do some serious comparisons online, then go for a visit.

Put a shirt on a hanger and put it in the closet, see how that works.
What, no porch light?
Drop down a heavy spare tire and carrier for normal hookups?

Good eye!
I suspect you can run the LED light strip with the awning stowed & so no need for additional lights.

But your point about the rear rack does seem a pain in the ass with the heavy tire when it comes to dumping.

Then again I'm likely to have it down a lot with fire wood, being I love having a camp fire when out there.

At this point its a toss up between this one & this one.

Yet its a few feet longer?

I still can't see how it's going to be possible to move a 30' trailer around in your yard, where you said in your other thread that there's a 90 degree turn shown here:

I basically have a 90 degree turn I need to make & the neighbors fence is directly across from my driveway.

I just learned about the Pioneer brand of TT's made for Camping world made by Heartland.

Seem very affordable & nice for the money.

Basically had most of what i want in a TT, Including a low price.

Wondering your thoughts on these?

Problems they have?

Pluses vs Minuses?

Even the the DW claimed she does not want an open floor plan, so did really like this one!
Probably the massive kitchen counter space?

What I loved was the fact that its only a 22 footer!
Should be easy to park behind my home even with the 90 degree angle I must make to get it back there.
& should be welcomed in almost all campgrounds.

& dirt cheap!

The dealer price is listed as $23,720.00 Tell me I can get it for 20 or less?

Wondering what you guys know about these ?

I think its made by Forest river?
I forget at the moment....

I don't like the "gimp" molding where the floor meets the roof (and elsewhere) and the other poster was right about the "be careful of Forest River"
