Sealing leaky rPod

Has anyone had any experience dealing with rPod leaks? Son's 2015 has rear window and rear corner seam leak. We will reset the window. Is the corner a matter of pulling edge moulding and redoing the butyl tape? Is there more to this? How about the spoiler?

Before you put the window back in, look around the edge where it meets the edge of the wall for a seam that's sealed in a white goop. Sometimes they (RV window manufacturers) dont get it sealed well where the ends of the extruded aluminum frame comes together.
