RE: Keystone denying claim (of course)

Is it hollow behind the cracks ? If so , it could have been caused by flexing while underway . Should be easy to cure at a auto body shop, good luck !

RE: Texans: are you gonna take this

The best way to serve an armadillo is to get a cedar board that will fit in your oven , clean the dillo , put in the middle of the board . Place carrots , onions and a few tators inside the aradillo . Cook at 350 for 45 minutes . Remove and let cool for a little bit . Place armadillo and vegetables in the trash and then eat the board .

RE: Extended warranty. What are your thoughts

When you buy an extended warranty you are placing a bet that you will need it , the warranty company are betting that you will not and /or they can deny the work .

RE: Gas prices

Three cents a gallon today does not sound like much , but you could get a good lunch at Woolworth for 69 cents .

RE: Gas prices

Hundred years ago or so , 1950s , gas in Florida was 23 to 29 cents but when ya crossed into Georgia there was a truck stop for 19 cents and they would hand you back three cents a gal that you would always faithfully hand in to your employer .

RE: Arctic Fox 30U - looking for advice!

The slide canopy " topper " is to keep leaves and debris from collecting and hampering the seal when closing . It also creates shade for a cooler interior. Does it need patched , depends on whether the holes are a problem .

RE: Question about having camper setup in near freezing temps.

30 Degrees should be no problem . Here in Fl we have many nites that reach the low thirties . Myself I do not believe that any thing is necessary.Even my water hoses will not freeze with several hours of 30 degrees .

Polyester-mites

Every spring around the first of April in the south , those of us with boats and/or RVs must start watching for signs of the polyester mites that attack the fiberglass portions of their vehicle . Watch for very small glass particles underneath very similar to termite residue . If found check with local exterminators . These infestations usually begin about April first .

RE: Just bought my first travel trailer

Why would a Ford be better for towing ? I bet a Ford man told ya that , For the last 15 years I have been towing with Ram CTDs , 2500 . No problems at all . The Fords and GM trucks all do good . Diesel is my choice .

RE: Can You Pass Through States with Stay at Home Orders?

Interstates are full of autos , trucks and RVs . A stay at home order means what it sez , if you are home stay there . I doubt if any at all has been pulled off a highway , handcuffed and thrown in jail . They are trying to empty jails .

RE: 20 year loan for RV?

I only can think of one reason to finance a toy for more than five or six years , my friend in Monticello explained it to me this way .He is 76 years old , has no relatives , lives alone , owns no real estate as he cashed out several years ago . Bought a class A and financed for 20 years . I was trying to tell him how stupid that was . He sez that he will use it till he has no more use for it or he dies and not worry about it . All the bank can do is reposes it , he has nothing that they can attach if the bank gets a deficient judgment . He has fabulous credit as he owned several body shops and rent houses .

RE: waffle house

On the Gulf Coast those of us who sit out a hurricane do not start to worry until the Waffle Houses start to close . All the local weather guys know this and will report on the air ,
