I pulled mine when new put in a drain valve, that was in 2008 not a problem. I drain my complete system after each use if its going to sit for a while. others don,t ,others do your choice.my tanks 15years old no leaks.

my filter housing cracked and caused this but to prove its the tank pickup dis connect from pump install a house and gal jug see if it pumps out.

good advice things like tires, hoses belts filters etc should all be changed. just my moneies worth a rv 20+ years old is not $38k of my money.I,consider $25 in great shape. they might too?

been there a few times thats great news, love to fish there for huge crappie.always though of buying a place close by for winter vacation.first time there in our rv,was afraid to go down the ramp,along comes a guy in a big class A talked to him, said watch me its spooky but works out ok, now I,m a pro did it at least 20 times. love AZ.

might check on the tire for proper tire inflation 65 sounds low to me I have a older sprinter michilin tires, tire inflat says 80psi,I run 75. yep get some push but not real bad.

are they covered? sit outside in the weather? see any side wall cracks? how tires are cared for will make a big difference in how long they last. stop and have them inspected by a good tire shop.

barter the price down ,cash at there local bank, helps .new tires belts hoses are in order things to discuss when talking price. take a nice junk of cash to hold the deal and show your there to buy.
