RE: Air Bags Necessary?

I have question on whether I should get the auto leveling type air bags with onboard compressor or just the normal air bags but have two values so I can adjust the pressure on each side. My only concern is when driving the weight of the camper may shift and the auto leveling system could compensate. This question/concern may not be related but I have recently changed my F250(steel body) for a F350(aluminum body). I have heard that the tailgate of the F350 aluminum body is an integral part for strength and removing it may compromise the strength of the box.
