Does AC Softstart void Warranty?

After reading about the benefits of installing Softstarts I'm seriously considering doing it in the spring. Our MH is a 2024 so our warranty goes to Aug 2024. My question is because it's a user installed item would it void the AC warranty?
TIA

RE: what is best way to get TV stations in RV

I miss the days with our crank up batwing and wingman. These modern saucer things suck.

RE: Add washer and dryer

Have you considered the added weight of the W/D and the size of your grey tank?

RE: Surge protector

I wouldn't plug in without one. Get an EMS as they provide more protection than just a surge protector. Progressive Industries and Hughes Power Watchdog are both I would consider.

RE: Holiday Rambler anyone?

With Fleetwood taking over the HR line it is likely to be nothing more then a rebadged Bounder or Pace Arrow which are good class A gas models.
The Bounder and Vacationer are mostly twins like Rockwood and Flagstaff TT's.

Holiday Rambler anyone?

Anyone have any experience with Holiday Rambler/Fleetwood? Looking at a 2023 Holiday Rambler Vacationer 35GL. Any thoughts about Holiday Rambler/Fleetwood in general? Yeah we did the whole gas VS diesel thing and budget says gas.
TIA

RE: Is there any REAL quality out there?

Winnebago officially acquired Newmar in November of 2019. They are built in Nappanee Indiana.

Been using this on our last 4 campers and it works great and goes a long way.

RE: Rodent repellant

Isn't the best solution to find the points of entry? There should be none in a well built RV but at the worst there should only be a very few possibilities.
We have stuffed every crevice we can find with steel wool. Our sliding door for the bedroom has wires going down through the far back of it right into the basement area. I cant find a way to get to it without damange and thats where i think they come in.
Steal wool will rust in time and break down. For this reason I use stainless steel wool. Found it at WalMart by the kitchen sponges. Be careful, it's sharp.

It's called ShowerMiser made by Aqua View. Link:

If you google Shower Miser you'll find several videos on U Tube.

RE: Flagstaff Microlite 22 FBS purchase?

We bought our Flagstaff Microlite 22FBS (camper #6 for us) in 2020 and have been very happy with it. Really like the open concept and the fireplace helps take the chill off in the morning. A couple minor issues that is to be expected but nothing I couldn't take care of myself. Have done quite a few mods to personalize it. If you want PM me and I can go into more details about our mods. Tow it with a 2020 Tundra Double Cab and an Equalizer WDH. BTW I graduated from Stout in 1974. Good luck with your decision.

RE: North or Northwest of Milwaukee and points north

Another WI State Park along Lake Michigan is Point Beach just north of Manitowoc in Two Rivers. Nice hiking/walking trails. Manitowoc has a Maritime Museum that is very interesting.
Harrington Beach SP is closest to Milwaukee of everything mentioned here. Nice hiking/walking trails, especially the one around Quarry Lake.
Kettle Moraine SP, Ottawa Lake, is between Milwaukee and Madison but furthest from Lake Michigan. Only one walking/hiking trail with direct access from campground.
We've been to all 3 several times and enjoy them all.
